We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order please return to us, detailing your reasons for return. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s).
For items which are no longer wanted or you wish to cancel, we will refund the cost of the item but we will deduct a postage charge. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.
Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
